The Creative Brief
As the first live event for the online gaming franchise, Legends of Gaming, focussing on YouTube stars, it had to be dynamic and fast moving, as well as visually spectacular. The main challenge was the different guidelines for the 6 big LED screens and the sheer amount of inputs with 34 gaming consoles and computers and 12 cameras.
Our experienced team and ongoing client support allowed us to be fully prepared for the event and we had members of the team dedicated to organising inputs and helping the rest of the team, one organising audio and one organising inputs.
As a result of the hard work of the organisers with the help of the Fonix team, it was an incredibly successful event. The screens provided the main hub of activity as they were key for audience viewing and making sure that everyone could see the gaming action. The YouTube stream has received over 145,000 views to date and the event highlights video has received almost 100,000.
