ITU is an international exhibition for everyone from governments to start ups to find potential partnerships, chances to invest and share thoughts and innovations. As an international event with the venue changing every year, preparation is key. It is also vital to get content out quickly so there is rapid turnaround for advertisers and those involved with the show. The scale of the exhibition also means scheduling is very important.
In 2015, Fonix returned as the official provider of the digital screen network. As a repeat client, we have fine-tuned the process for ITU with two editors organising content and use of innovative digital signage software to guarantee a fast turnaround. The team and their preparation ensure that all goes according to plan, with detailed scheduling, live social media updates, and edited video highlights each day.
The high quality content makes ITU’s digital screen network the principal broadcast medium. This year ITU had over 4000 participants and the screens helped to engage visitors in key areas, as well as helping with navigation, information and engagement.
