Fonix LED supply audio visual equipment for conferences large and small, both in the UK and abroad.

We have the equipment and skilled personnel required to make a conference what it should be; a clear way for people to communicate, to get together, to pass on ideas, statements, methods, or simply a message.

Our role is to ensure that everyone can see the images and those important messages on screens that are bright, powerful, clear and readable. We use high quality and super bright projectors, plasmas, LCD and LED displays. It is also important that you can clearly hear the person talking, the soundtrack of the video, or that introductory music, that someone has spent forever choosing, so we use the right speakers, correctly positioned, at the right volume, to make sure its sharp, crisp, and clearly audible wherever you are in the room.

We use the latest technology to make this happen. High quality equipment, such as radio microphones and cameras used by the broadcasters, and powerful computers to ensure reliability and control throughout the event.

People

Our people too, are keenly aware of the requirements placed on those involved in the conference. From the organisers to the speakers, we go out of our way to help, support, and provide confidence to all of the team involved. We offer a PowerPoint preview service to the speakers, where trained professionals will go through the presentations to ensure compatibility, file integrity, inclusion fo media and fonts etc, and to ensure it will appear how it is intended to appear. We check every video file, and include file conversion processes on site, to ensure that every file can be used.

We have extensive knowledge of video and audio file formats, and have never once been unable to make a file play when intended, a record we are very proud of.

Our floor managers and PowerPoint specialists will talk the speakers through the procedures for slide advance, how the microphones work etc, and are experienced in making sure the speaker is calm and confident before the presentation.
