TPI Awards

For the TPi Awards, LED coverage of most of the back wall was the requirement so a virtual 10mm Lighthouse product was chosen, with a higher resolution Lighthouse R7 as a centrepiece for the nomination slides and video drop-ins. Fonix split the one high definition signal from the Immersive graphics system, and fed it to a number of screen processors to feed the offstage sections of the lower resolution screen and the centre stage R7. The centre section was also distributed out to the plasmas around the room and the side screens where Christie projectors were used, also provided by Fonix

The team also supplied the 3-camera PPU, which used the Sony cameras; the quality hitting the value point perfectly for an Awards ceremony, and Richard Shipman was at the helm of the Panasonic HS400 vision mixer.
